New Relevant Blog Posted! - November 12, 2008
Ever felt resentment or needed forgiveness? Then you need to read this. I'm Finished - October 11, 2008 Hours ago, I put the finishing touches on the first draft of my manuscript for my new book. And man does it feel sweet. Of course, it probably doesn't mean that I am finished. Now, I begin the journey of getting this book out to you. I will be meeting with publishers in the weeks to come to see what way is the best fit to try make this thing available in as many ways as possible. I have a working title, but I can't reveal it just yet, because you never know--it just might change! I will keep you all posted as things progress with publishing, etc. In the end, this manuscript ended up with a lot of personal narrative and spiritual commentary. I am also illustrating my own cartoons, and shooting for a couple in each chapter (a hidden passion of mine for many years...cartooning). I feel like each book I have written thus far has highlighted a different aspect of the spiritual journey, and I think this is no exception. As I refine this piece in the weeks to come I will also be working on new Project material for the upcoming record, due out next year. Then, I may have another surprise or two coming in the not too distant future! In the meantime, I will be searching for the best possible way to get these words out...and I'll have a new Relevant Blog soon to check out as well...thanks for all the responses... Update - June 28, 2008 I am editing, writing, revising. I am getting closer to my goal. Thanks to all of you who continue to email, write, blog, or ask me in person about the new material. I am having a great time writing and I cannot wait until it is finished. It should be soon, my friends. Also, I wanted to let all of you know that a virus infected the backend of my site, so all of you who submitted writings recently...I won't be able to get to them until I get this virus thing sorted. Getting Closer - May 13, 2008 After a pretty busy time of travel, playing, speaking and overall great adventures, it was amazing to come home and get a breather for a little while. I am still working hard on the new book, and I am editing as we speak. Then for the little task of deciding the best way to get it to all of you. I sincerely appreciate all the encouragement and prayer regarding this new project. Please continue to ask that I am given not just the proper words, but the proper motivations and the wisdom to reach into people's souls.
